“A premier entertainment and leisure destination for Dasua.
Service
Positioned in the developing commercial landscape of Dasua, Punjab, the Multiplex Dasua is an ambitious 40,000 sq. ft. proposed entertainment and retail development. Commissioned by Dr. Chopra, the project is envisioned as a vibrant regional hub designed to meet the growing lifestyle and leisure aspirations of the city. Incorporating modern multi-screen cinematic facilities alongside integrated retail zones, the development aims to deliver an engaging, all-inclusive destination for families and cinema-goers alike.
The design philosophy centers on dynamic crowd circulation, high visibility, and immersive experiential planning. Given the dual function of entertainment and commercial enterprise, the architecture organizes spatial flow to ensure fluid movement between retail storefronts, ticketing concourses, food service areas, and screening halls.
The building envelope is designed with an expressive, contemporary facade featuring striking geometric massing and integrated ambient lighting to establish an iconic presence after dark. Inside, expansive double-height volumes and intuitive navigation enhance visitor comfort, transforming a conventional cinema trip into a complete, modern leisure experience.
